Biography
Maggie Fibbe is a seasoned attorney with a focus in tax controversy, and a growing expertise in estate and probate law. With 18 years of experience, she provides clients with comprehensive legal representation in matters related to tax disputes, audits, and litigation. Maggie is known for her strategic approach in resolving complex tax issues, including handling cases before the IRS, state tax agencies, and in U.S. Tax Court.
In addition to her tax controversy practice, Maggie is expanding her focus to the related areas of estate planning, administration, and probate matters. She guides clients through the intricacies of estate administration, including probate proceedings, trust disputes, and the efficient transfer of assets, with a particular understanding of how tax laws intersect with estate planning. She is dedicated to providing families with quality estate planning by assuring that each client receives individual and personal attention.
